John McE. Miller of Rock Solid Law Appointed Special Magistrate for Neptune Beach, Florida

January 8, 2018. John McE. Miller, Esq., founder of Rock Solid Law, was unanimously appointed to serve as Special Magistrate by the mayor and city council of Neptune Beach.

According to the City of Neptune Beach website, the Special Magistrate acts as a Code Enforcement Magistrate in order to hear and decide code enforcement matters related to zoning and other city ordinances as provided in the Neptune Beach Code of Ordinances and Chapter 165, Florida Statutes. John will serve for the next term as Special Magistrate.

As an attorney for over 30 years, John helps to keep families strong by building their legacies, serves entrepreneurial business owners, and helps people achieve the American dream through home ownership by providing professional real estate closing services. His goal is to help his clients make positive changes in the world, one successful family, and business at a time.

John is highly involved in the local business community. He has served as President of the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, was a two-term president of the Beaches Business Association, and enjoys being active in the North East Florida Association of Realtors, as well as the Jacksonville Bar Association. He has also served as Chair of the Public Policy Committee of the JaxChamber, Beaches Division, where he was both the Beaches and Overall Chamber Small Business Leader of the Year for 2016.
